Every Mechnovate machine is backed by a comprehensive warranty, genuine spare parts support, and a dedicated service team based in Ahmedabad.
Standard Machine Warranty
1-year comprehensive warranty on all machines from the date of delivery.
All Mechnovate machines come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects, electrical components, and pneumatic systems. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery at your workshop and covers all parts and labour required to restore the machine to its original working condition.
Warranty claims are processed directly through our Ahmedabad service centre. Depending on the nature of the issue, we provide remote troubleshooting via WhatsApp, dispatch replacement parts, or send an on-site technician to your location.

Manufacturing Defects
Any defect in materials or workmanship that affects machine performance under normal operating conditions.
Electrical Panel & Wiring
Control panels, switches, relays, contactors, and internal wiring harnesses.
Pneumatic Cylinders & Valves
Air cylinders, solenoid valves, FRL units, and pneumatic fittings included with the machine.
Structural Frame & Welding
Machine base frame, body structure, and all factory welds.
Motor & Gear Assembly
Main drive motors, gearboxes, spindle assemblies, and belt drive systems.
What's Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage.
Normal Wear and Tear
Consumable parts including cutting blades, punching dies, rubber pads, and seals that wear out through regular use.
Misuse or Unauthorized Modification
Damage caused by operating the machine beyond its rated capacity, improper handling, or modifications not approved by Mechnovate.
Electrical Damage Without Stabilizer
Damage to electrical components caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or operation without a voltage stabilizer as recommended in the manual.
Cosmetic Damage After Delivery
Scratches, dents, paint damage, or other cosmetic issues that occur after the machine has been delivered and signed for.

Return & Replacement Policy
7-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects.
If you receive a machine with a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. The defect must be reported to our service team with supporting photographs or video evidence. Our team will inspect the claim and arrange a replacement if the defect is confirmed.
To be eligible for replacement, the machine must be unused and in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation intact. Machines that have been installed, operated, or modified in any way are not eligible for return under this policy.
Return shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects is arranged and paid for by Mechnovate. The replacement machine is dispatched once the defective unit has been received and inspected at our facility.
Extended Warranty
Extend your coverage for additional peace of mind.
Mechnovate offers an optional extended warranty that covers years 2 and 3 beyond the standard 1-year warranty period. The extended warranty provides the same coverage as the standard warranty, including manufacturing defects, electrical components, and pneumatic systems.
Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of machine purchase or within the first 6 months of the standard warranty period. Pricing varies based on the machine model and configuration.
