About Mechnovate — Aluminium & uPVC Window Machinery Manufacturer
Mechnovate manufactures aluminium and uPVC window fabrication machinery in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We design, build, and sell the full range of machines needed to run a window workshop — from 45/90° cutting machines and pneumatic punching machines to copy routers, end milling machines, and uPVC seamless welding machines.
Every machine is built at our Kathwada, Ahmedabad facility and shipped factory-direct to buyers across India.
Our engineering team has hands-on experience in both machine building and window fabrication. Every Mechnovate machine is designed from the fabricator's perspective — practical clamping that holds profiles without marking, geometry that produces clean joins, and maintenance access that doesn't require disassembly.
We test every machine with actual aluminium and uPVC profiles before dispatch. It must perform on the workshop floor, not just on a specification sheet.
What We Manufacture
Cutting Machines
Single-head 45/90 degree cutting machines and double-head cutting machines for aluminium and uPVC window profiles. Pneumatic feed with cast-iron bodies for vibration-free cuts.
Punching Machines
Manual, single-station pneumatic, and two-station pneumatic punching machines for drainage holes, hinge holes, lock cutouts, and hardware mounting slots in aluminium profiles.
Copy Router Machines
Manual and pneumatic copy routers for lock pockets, handle recesses, espagnolette grooves, and drainage channels. Template-guided routing ensures identical cuts across production runs.
Welding Machines
uPVC seamless two-head welding machines that produce clean, flush corner joints without post-weld cleaning. Digital temperature control ensures consistent weld strength on every joint.
